Toilet Training this Summer?

We recently hosted our 5th Crash Course in Toilet Training, where we teach the 5-day method that guarantees to toilet train your child in just 5 days. Yes, you heard it right!

Potty training is a significant milestone for your child, and there is no magic age for it. Every child is different, and some develop the necessary skills between 18 to 24 months of age. Others may not be ready until they are 3 or 4 years old. It all depends on your child's readiness, not their age.

Keep in mind that starting before your child is ready may take longer, and potty issues may arise. Before 12 months, children cannot control their bladder or bowel movements, and some toddlers may still be physically unable to control elimination despite showing signs of readiness. Most children can be dry at night by the age of 5.

Our method is based on physical, behavioral, and cognitive signs that your child is ready for toilet training. These signs include being coordinated enough to walk and run steadily, having regular bowel movements, and "dry" periods of at least two hours, disliking the feeling of wearing a wet or dirty nappy, and showing interest in others' bathroom habits.

We invite you to join our next course to learn the easy way to toilet train your child. Please email Leanne@nurturingnannies.co.uk to find out the next date!
